Terra Szczepanski from University of Miami is indeed Miss Central Florida for the Miss America contest. How we bump into such cool people by pure fashion accident is beyond me J. Spotted her in the east village in her cute outfit. Love how she went all out for us in the pictures with the poses. Thanks Terra!!
